Who are we?

HOPE NH stands for Helping Our Pupils Excel New Hampshire. We are a non-profit organization, operating out of Manchester, NH, that works with students to help facilitate the transition from middle school to high school. Our objective is to identify at-risk students in danger of not meeting their full potential and come alongside them as a mentor, offering support and guidance.

What do we do?

We mentor up to 70 kids per year, doing our best to help them with any struggles that they are going through. We do this by building positive relationships with them and providing resources to help them grow. HOPE NH offers consistent mentorship meetings with the students to help develop life skills, promote peer and community connections, build confidence, and pursue academic achievement.

Why are we involved?

We noticed that students are constantly dealing with issues that derail their personal and academic achievement. Because of this, we believe that it is important for these students to have positive adult relationships in their lives, individuals who can be role models for them and give them the motivation to succeed. We desire to see our students develop into caring individuals who are able to leave a positive mark on society while at the same feeling confident about who they are as a person. In order for this to happen, we need to step up and do our part to help propel this next generation into the future.
